Shipping, Returns, Local Pickup & Cancellation Policy

How long does my order take to ship?

All products are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your items. 

What is your return policy? 

 We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If you receive damaged goods or your order is incorrect, please notify us with your order number and name within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

How does your local pickup work? 

For local pickup, please select “local pickup” on the shipping options on the check out page. You will be notified when your order is ready to pick up with instructions and address. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.
If you completely miss your appointment with no prior contact, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. Appointments canceled within 30 minutes of appointment start time, at the appointment start time or anytime after your appointment start time will be considered a no-show.
